Private property…

This private property is sandwiched between the Damariscotta River and Little River with the open ocean out front. I can only imagine the views they must have. I was told that years ago this used to be a restaurant , I sure wish it still was!
East Boothbay Maine is one of my favorite places to visit even on a foggy day.

Newagen Southport Island town landing

Southport Island is a short ride from Boothbay Harbor. This house next to the Newagen town landing looked so inviting, even when wrapped in fog.
