The creek

A photo blog journey resulted in finding this quaint New England image

Low tide along the creek on a foggy rainy day. This is very typical of a what can be found on the back roads along our gorgeous New England coast. Come see for yourself or simply explore our photo blog and see it through our lens.

Winding NH Coastline offer dramatic views

I love taking a ride along the coastline of NH and will use any excuse to do so. Being a Southern NH REALTOR has some fringe benefits as I’m always on the go and get to see many beautiful NH spots along the way. Maybe that’s why I love what I do and where I live!

Helen’s Garden

By Monika McGillicuddy, July 29, 2009 9:22 am

Helen's GardenThis woman was so excited that I thought her flower garden pretty enough to stop and take a picture of it, that she was nearly in tears. She kept thanking me for liking her garden and I kept thanking her for sharing it with us. It was a sweet moment.

All fogged in…

fogged inAll fogged in…

You’d have to be living under a rock to not know that we’ve been pretty well rained in since the beginning of June! Rain and fog seem the norm and while that can be pretty challenging, every now and then even in the rain, there comes a special moment or two. This was one of them.

Don’t let the rain keep you away today and if you love the ocean and the beauty of the Tall Ships be sure to try and catch the Tall Ships when they visit Portsmouth NH . This year the Tall Ships Festival to be going to be held Aug. 7-9 in Portsmouth, where four visiting ships will all be open to the public.

River views….

special

A very peaceful moment on the Merrimack River just as the sun was starting to set.  Doesn’t this  almost looks like a painting? It just makes me want to find a row boat and explore all the little nooks and crannies of the river.

Hampstead NH ~ picture perfect

Hampstead signThis is another pretty spot in Hampstead NH. Our town sign gets decorated during the holidays and I often take pictures of it all decked out. Spring and summer the flower garden by the sign is just picture perfect.

Hampstead boasts some mighty fine  town pride

Every time I drive by the the town office building in the center of Hampstead I have to smile. It always looks so nice and it doesn’t matter what time of year it is. Summer it’s draped in flowers and flags, winter wrapped in white snow, fall highlighted with the bright colors of our harvest and of course spring with all the lovely promise buds of a colorful summer, the place is just so pretty.
